CONSTRUCTION
The frame of our laser is designed and manufactured from scratch in our factory. High-quality steel is used in the machine’s production, which is cut, welded, and then precision machined. The entire frame, gantry, and gantry arms feature additional ribbing to achieve high rigidity and eliminate vibrations and deformations.

DRIVES
The machines are driven by Schneider AC servo motors with high resolution and power (Y1Y2 x 2000W, x 1500W, Z 400W), ensuring proper acceleration and speed in all axes. Power transmission uses high-quality planetary gearboxes. The X and Y axes use proven helical racks for durability and precision.

CUTTING HEAD
Sheet cutting is performed by a liquid-cooled WSX head. High-grade quartz glass lenses focus the dispersed laser beam on the material, ensuring high cutting accuracy. For proper processing, the HSU system regulates head height, compensating for material unevenness. The protective window between the nozzle and lens shields the lens assembly from molten metal splatter.

LASER SOURCE
The laser employs a Raycus Laser source, known for high electro-optical conversion efficiency, low energy consumption, and a high-quality beam. It ensures faster and more reliable operation while minimizing operator errors. Additionally, the source is resistant to back reflections (beam return to the laser). Stable power output guarantees efficient operation with low energy consumption.

COOLING
Industrial dual-temperature S&A CWFL chillers are specially designed for fiber laser cooling. They feature multiple alarm functions: compressor delay protection, compressor overcurrent protection, water flow alarm, and high/low temperature alarm.

EXCHANGEABLE WORKTABLE
The rear-positioned exchangeable worktable minimizes laser downtime. Automatic table exchange takes just 10 seconds, giving the operator time to remove cut elements and load a new sheet while the laser operates on the second table. This system provides excellent production flow.

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
To keep the machine in optimal condition, racks and guides must be oiled every few days at most. The automatic system initiates lubrication at preset intervals and amounts, all controlled via software.
