The High Quality Press Brake (HQPB) represents the top model of Placke press brakes. The entire manufacturing process, from hydraulic cylinder to control cabinet construction, is carried out in-house. The combination of state-of-the-art technology and many years of experience in forming technology enables the HQPB series to achieve top-tier bending performance. Even the basic standard version is a fully functional press brake. This package offers safety, reliability, and efficiency, combined with intuitive operation, allowing us to meet the highest demands and precision requirements in the bending process.

Machine Frame:
- Base machine constructed from S 355 N steel
- Side frames welded with two pressure pipes and a top-mounted oil tank
- Above-floor design
- Painted finish (2-component structural paint), light grey (RAL 7035) and signal grey (RAL 7004)

Upper Beam:
- Press beam stress-relieved annealed
- Depth measurement, reading head guided via ball rail system
- Separate Y1 and Y2 control, electrical deflection monitoring

- Hydraulic proportional control valve system with electronically monitored cylinder synchronization

Punch Clamping:

Lower Beam:
- Narrow table incl. manual clamping bar, dimensions: 48 mm high, 70 mm wide
- Reinforced lower beam. Due to the design, the use of mechanical crowning to compensate for deflection is not required.

Front of the machine:
2 aluminum support arms at the front, approx. 600 mm long, incl. 2 flip stops, tape measure, and plastic wear strip. Support arms are adjustable via a linear ball guide and can be set in height using a slot adjustment from 55 mm to 100 mm tool height. The ball guide is integrated into the lower beam.
