We are offering this used PIA Automation production line for surgical disposable masks, year of manufacture 2020. The line was operated for only 2.5 years in single-shift operation and its condition can be described as "very good." In addition, the production line includes an integrated compressed air supply as well as a packaging and shrink-wrapping unit. The buyer will also receive raw materials sufficient for the production of approximately 300,000 surgical disposable masks.

Concept:
The line consists of a total of three modules, connected via conveyor belts. In the first segment, the individual consumables are fed by rollers, folded, the nose clip is integrated, welded, and then cut to the correct length. The finished masks are then transported to the next modules via a step conveyor and transport belts. These modules are arranged in parallel, where the ear loops are automatically fed and welded to the masks.
