skyCUBE XLs class – Large Format – Shuttle Table Laser Cutting System

The multifunctional flatbed laser center skyCUBE XLs class, manufactured by PFEIFER technology in Saxony/Germany, has been developed for your professional cutting applications. It combines new levels of productivity with efficiency and precision.

The machine enclosure, constructed from welded and bolted steel, is designed for industrial and commercial operation. The in-house drive system developed by PFEIFER technology ensures precision and high repeatability.

skyCUBE laser systems comply with all Class 1 requirements as per DIN EN 60825-1, providing you with maximum safety. The ergonomic design with a pull-out shuttle table simplifies material loading. Drawers in the lower section of the machine collect scrap material for easy disposal.

skyCUBE laser software with file import function generates accurate laser cutting geometries.

Optimize both quality and cutting speed, even with thick materials, thanks to a powerful 6 kW laser—even when cutting with compressed air. Seamlessly switch between materials with consistently high cutting quality.

Monitor your production: the large front doors allow convenient access to the entire working area.

Position the operator console wherever you prefer. It is mobile, giving you an optimal view of the machining process.

The skyCUBE XLs is a Class 1 laser system. There is no risk of exposure to laser radiation or reflections during operation.
With all our laser systems, nothing is more important than complete safety and compliance with the highest standards and regulations.

Special protective glass and a fully enclosed cutting area reliably protect you from potential laser hazards, while an independent safety system allows material loading without production interruption.
