PAVIC 3-Seiten-Kippaufbau

Vehicle location: Bovenden; lashing rings; pendulum flaps

Body: PAVIC 3-way tipper body with aluminium side walls and pneumatic side and rear wall opening. Subframe designed as a robust steel welded structure, with two longitudinal beams and cross members to support the 5 mm thick tipper profile and 4 mm floor plate made of Hardox or Naxtra.

A fixed 1,000 mm high steel front wall with 2 round lashing eyes on the inside and one on each outer side at half height. Corner stanchions are fixed with locks positioned at the bottom. The rear and side walls (single-piece over the entire length) are made from aluminium hollow profiles. The side walls can be folded down, swing-mounted and equipped with a side wall lifting aid. The tailgate is also foldable and swing-mounted, featuring a central locking system integrated into the tipper profile.

Floor plate made from 4 mm Hardox or Naxtra, cleanly welded with the tipper profile and longitudinal/cross members. Press traverse and tipping brackets are recessed into the longitudinal beams and correspondingly reinforced. Lashing rings (four per side) are spaced out along the outer edge of the tipper floor.
