Operation:
Thanks to the revolutionary welding system, any operator can achieve excellent results after a short training. The cable allows the welder to work freely at multiple spots without moving the device. The small heat-affected zone prevents excessive deformation. Weld seams are applied swiftly and efficiently, resulting in a robust and proper weld.

Construction:
The torch cable provides a high degree of freedom of movement and facilitates welding in different positions. The integrated controller, equipped with a large and clear display, is easy to operate. The unit features a powerful cooling system, enabling use under harsh three-shift operation conditions.

Operating principle:
The laser welding unit melts the welding wire and the edges of the workpieces using laser heat. The beam is focused and directed towards the welding wire—which is fed automatically—and the contact area. When the trigger is pressed, the welding torch must be guided along the weld line at the wire feed rate. A consistent operating temperature for the beam source and torch is maintained by a water-cooling system. Laser output and cooling are managed by a controller, which regulates settings according to user parameters.
