Description
The dust extractor from the “DCO Otinus” series is a high-quality solution for industrial high-pressure extraction systems. Powered by a genuine SIEMENS motor, the extractor generates static pressure by removing air contaminated with dust and harmful fumes from the processing area. The filtration process involves several stages. In the first phase, the air entering the unit passes through a deflector, which slows its velocity and causes the largest particles to fall into the settling chamber. Smaller particles enter the filter chamber equipped with ultra-dense cartridges from reputable manufacturers (H&V, Ahlstrom, TORAY). Particles are captured there and the purified air is directed to further areas of the installation. The particles accumulated on the filters are easily removed with impulse compressed air cleaning—which is controlled by solenoid valves—and further assisted by microscopic filter vibrations. This solution significantly extends the service life of the filter cartridges and improves the quality of the purified air. The particles leave the filters into the settling chamber, from where they can be quickly and easily removed.
