Suitable for extracting and transporting non-flammable liquids and sludges, as well as for extracting and transporting sewage from pits. Please note that when filling the tank, the density of the extracted material must always be considered, and compliance with the vehicle’s permissible axle loads (= permissible gross weight) must be ensured at all times. We assume no liability for vehicle overloading.

Manhole DN 450 (hinged closure)
Hinged for cleaning access, located at the lowest point in the dished end, securely welded in with wing screws.

Tank content indicator, sludge chamber:
Level is read via a large, covered sight glass DN 80, mounted front right behind the cab.
With cleaning connection (Storz B-coupling) top and bottom,
Manual valve at the bottom for shut-off,
Aluminum protection plate in front of the pipe with graduated scale.
Scale marked on protection plate at 500-liter intervals.

Discharge:

Discharge of the sludge chamber is via free outflow or by pressing out the sludge using pressurization from the VAC pump on the towing vehicle.

Piping and fittings:

Are dimensioned DN 80 and installed stress-free with hose sleeves.

For overfill protection, the following are provided:

A suction dome at the top of the tank with PVC ball as overfill prevention,
In addition:
Type-tested safety valve

Lower suction and discharge connection:
Welded at the lowest point of the manhole with external shut-off valve
Hand-operated quick-release valve DN 80 and Perrot-V-coupling with
blind cap DN 80,
Vent ball valve 1/2", approx. 60° upwards between quick-release valve DN 80 and Perrot coupling.

Over-suction connection:
Perrot V-part DN 80, mounted to the front base cover

Trailer suction connection:
Perrot V-part DN 80, mounted at the lowest point at the front base cover

7. BODY EQUIPMENT

Discharge skirt: below the dished end at the end of the tank, bolted, material: aluminum
Hose boxes: open, mounted right and left on the superstructure with stanchions, as wide and long as possible, large drain holes with transparent hoses in the floor.
With lashing straps and lashing strap holders.
