During the overhaul, more than 70% of the machine was disassembled. All relevant wear parts were carefully inspected and replaced as needed, including ball rollers and drive spindles. Subsequently, a full geometric measurement, alignment, and additional inspection using a laser measuring system were performed. The machine bed and entire base were thoroughly cleaned. All pumps were disassembled, cleaned, and overhauled. All hoses, including hydraulic and pneumatic hoses, have been completely replaced. Additionally, the machine has been freshly painted and is visually in excellent, well-maintained condition. The generator and control system were cleaned and technically checked. The generator’s climate control unit was also cleaned to ensure reliable cooling and stable operation. Finally, the machine underwent extensive EDM testing according to OPS Ingersoll’s quality and testing standards. The machine is immediately ready for use and is ideal for reliable production operation.
