Stanje: generalkompletno obnovljen (rabljeno), Leto izdelave: 2008, Funkcionalnost: popolnoma funkcionalen, Completely Refurbished OPS Ingersoll Gantry 800 Eagle Die-Sinking EDM Machine – Technically and Visually in Excellent Condition The machine has been thoroughly and professionally overhauled in our facility and is in excellent technical and optical condition. During the overhaul, more than 70% of the machine was disassembled. All relevant wear parts, including ball bearings and drive spindles, were carefully inspected and replaced as needed. A complete geometric measurement, alignment, and additional inspection using a laser measuring system were subsequently performed. The machine bed and entire base were thoroughly cleaned. All pumps were disassembled, cleaned, and overhauled. All hoses, including hydraulic and pneumatic lines, were completely replaced. Additionally, the machine received a complete new paint job and is visually in very well-maintained condition. The generator and control system were cleaned and technically inspected. The generator's climate unit was also cleaned to ensure reliable cooling and stable operation. Finally, the machine underwent an extensive EDM test in accordance with OPS Ingersoll's quality and inspection standards. The machine is immediately ready for operation and ideally suited for reliable production use.
