OMEGA CONTAINERS has been active on the market since January 2017. We specialize in the comprehensive production of office, social, living, and technical containers. We offer professional service from planning and production to transport and on-site installation. OMEGA containers are constructed on the basis of a robust steel frame, which allows the modules to be moved or transported multiple times, including by crane, without damage. The containers can be repeatedly relocated as needed.

Upon request, we also manufacture containers with structural engineering certification and specified documentation as well as technical planning.

We also produce custom-made containers tailored precisely to the client’s requirements.

Steel Construction
Manufactured from 3 mm thick open steel profiles with 5 mm reinforcements. The surface is coated with epoxy primer and finished with polyurethane paint. Color selection can be made from the RAL color palette.

Roof:
Steel construction, insulated with 100 mm thick polyurethane (PUR) sandwich panels. The roof is sealed with 1 mm thick galvanized sheet across its entire surface.

Walls:
Made of sandwich panels with 100 mm polyurethane (PUR) foam insulation.
External cladding in sheet metal, available in silver, white, or anthracite grey. Internal cladding in white sheet metal.

Floor:
Constructed from tightly welded steel profiles. Sealing made with t-14 trapezoidal steel sheet. 100 mm rock wool insulation. 25 mm OSB board subfloor. Finished with industrial-grade PVC flooring with enhanced abrasion resistance plus protective metal edging.

Fittings:
- 1 piece – 900mm x 2000mm metal door, in white or anthracite
- 3 pieces – windows 1200mm x 1200mm, tilt-and-turn type
- 3 pieces – external roller shutters
