BAR INSERTER/DEVICE FOR INSERTING THERMAL BREAK STRIPS INTO PROFILES

Machine designed for inserting plastic strips into the channels of aluminium profiles.
The feed system consists of four motorized rollers, which prevent jamming of the strips during insertion.

The AS 242 L thermal break profile bar inserter was developed to efficiently insert plastic bars into thermal break aluminium profiles, ensuring smooth flow, precise alignment, and reduced cycle times.
