The DM1100 Z refines and deburrs light metal sheets cut by laser, punching, or shearing.

This machine features a single wide-belt station, which can be used for deburring parts with a size of 50×50 mm and a width of up to 1100 mm.

The DM1100 Z is also suitable for surface finishing, as it can be operated with both standard abrasive belts and non-woven/Scotch belts.

With the help of an additional table, the new DM1100 Z can be combined with an existing DM1100 C edge rounding machine.
