Opis
Industrial hall filtration and ventilation for welding shops – suitable for numerous technological processes in production facilities, primarily in metalworking applications.
Very low energy consumption thanks to the use of innovative fans.
Replacement of conventional fans with EC fans provides SIGNIFICANT savings by minimizing electricity usage.
The EC fan, equipped with an integrated frequency inverter, offers the ability to regulate speed, power consumption, and unit performance at 60%, 80%, or 100% workload.
Top air intake and draft-free bottom discharge – directing purified air precisely to work areas.
Based on the principle of layered ventilation; unit does not require ductwork installation.
Cartridge filter elements – self-cleaning via compressed air impulses during operation.
Filter cleaning is controlled by differential pressure – no loss of compressed air.
Layered ventilation principle: contaminated air is drawn in from the top, filtered, and then released at floor level as clean, breathable air, free of draft, at a velocity below 1.2 m/s – exactly where operators inhale it – and across a wide 270-degree area. The Airtower operates according to the layered ventilation method, recommended by occupational health authorities and regarded as the optimal type of air circulation.
