The helical gear unit has not been installed since its overhaul!

The gearbox was professionally refurbished by Getriebebau Nossen in August 2023 and is in perfect technical condition.
Full documentation of the refurbishment is available.

The 80-ton crane previously operated with this gearbox has been decommissioned.

– Complete replacement of internal assemblies
– Full reassembly of the gearbox
– Test run without load to check oil tightness and running noise
– Paintwork/conservation according to manufacturer standards
