SALE OF NEW MACHINES:
The machine offered in the listing is a new numerically controlled CNC seat cutting machine from NEWEN, designed for machining valve seats in internal combustion engines. Machining is performed by interpolation using a triangular cutting insert. This process achieves the best possible surface finish while reducing cutting resistance by more than 300 times. COMMISSIONING / INSTALLATION:
Commissioning includes assembling the computer, levelling the machine, and checking the prepared installations.

OPERATOR TRAINING:
Training covers program creation and operation of machine controls.

REPAIRS:
All repairs of electronic and mechanical faults using original Newen spare parts. Service requests can be submitted via the contact details available at newen.pl.

REGULAR INSPECTION:
General inspection of the machine’s function and condition
Check of the spindle axis geometry
Verification of correct spindle operation and possible adjustment

Modernisation includes replacing motors, electronics, and controls with the latest version currently produced by Newen.
