Nabertherm KTR 3100

We are offering this nearly-new Nabertherm KTR 3100 chamber dryer, year of manufacture 2019.

The chamber dryers of the KTR series are designed for a wide range of drying processes and heat treatments of batches, suitable for operating temperatures up to 260 °C. Thanks to the powerful air circulation system, optimal temperature uniformity is achieved throughout the usable chamber space.

- Electrically heated (via heating registers with integrated stainless steel heating elements)
- Temperature uniformity in accordance with DIN 17052-1 up to +/− 3 °C (for models without entry tracks)
- High-quality mineral wool insulation, resulting in external wall temperatures < 25 °C above ambient temperature
- Exclusive use of insulation materials not classified under Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 (CLP). This means that no aluminosilicate wool, also known as RCF fiber, is used, which is classified as potentially carcinogenic.
- High air exchange rate for rapid drying processes
- Double-wing door
- Adjustable temperature limiter as over-temperature protection for both the oven and the goods
- Intended use in compliance with the operating manual
