Operating Conditions:
The heavy-duty trailer is designed for use on level, paved surfaces for in-plant transportation.

Train Operation:
The trailer components are not (without a trailer coupling) designed for operation in combination with multiple trailers.

Payload:
60 t at 6 km/h with evenly distributed load (surface load) on the loading platform between the axles. Point or strip loads are permitted only upon notification.

Main Frame:
Robust welded construction made of section steel profiles.

Loading Platform:
Dimensions approx. 6000 x 2500 mm, loading height approx. 1012 mm, platform covered with softwood planks, all-round recessed edge protection.

Steering:
All-wheel steering on 4 pendulum axles, towing bar can be raised, removed, and attached from front to rear. Hitching height on towing vehicle approx. 650 mm (other hitching heights only permitted upon notification), towing eye as per DIN 74054, diameter 40 mm. Track rods with adjustable ball joint heads, diagonal or tie rods adjustable and fitted with maintenance-free joint bearings. Drawbar drop safety as per accident prevention regulations (UVV).

Chassis:
4 steered pendulum axles, 2 steered axle lines to ensure even wheel load distribution, wheels with solid rubber tyres approx. 559 x 406 mm, wheel hubs with tapered roller bearings and permanent grease lubrication.

Finish:
Top coat in RAL 5002 Ultramarine Blue.

Additional Equipment:
- Optional: Two-line compressed air brake system acting on 4 wheels, gradient < 4%. Separate parking brake via spring-loaded actuators, also acting on 4 wheels.
- On each longitudinal side, 2 lashing or crane eyes made of round steel welded horizontally into the outer frame members; use of crane eyes only when the trailer is not loaded.
- Inner turning radius approx. 2100 mm
- Outer turning radius approx. 5500 mm
- Towing bar length approx. 1500 mm
