The machine underwent a complete overhaul in 2021 and was refurbished and sold by Mueller Apparatebau!

This system is equipped with a high-speed single-sheet feeder with vacuum technology, 5 insert feeders (2 of which feature selective control), and a conveyor belt. Various configurations can still be adapted according to your specific requirements and needs.

The Müller MK8300 multi-format inserting system delivers high-quality and secure processing of confidential documents and handles various envelope formats. Thanks to simple and rapid job changeovers during format switches and ultimate flexibility provided by its modular design, the Müller MK8300 perfectly adapts to increasingly complex applications.

Especially notable is the Müller multi-channel system, freely configurable from 2 to 15 stations, which enables unprecedented flexibility. This allows for multi-channel applications with reading and inserts in any sequence. Whether cut sheet or continuous, with or without reading, folding inserts or pre-folded—almost anything is possible.

Virtually all transactional applications, from personalized high- and low-volume jobs to direct mail applications, can be handled with the Müller MK8300. The intuitive Müller software ensures essential security and provides seamless traceability throughout the entire production process.
