Equipped with an advanced kg/h monitoring system and integrated load cells with loss-in-weight functionality, the MC Weight delivers a real-time overview of extrusion line throughput and main material consumption in kg/h.

Thanks to the MC Weight, your main material measurement technology ensures that optional gravimetric dosing units (MCS Continuous Feeder) automatically adjust feed rates to account for variations in bulk density and extruder capacity.

The MC Weight is ideal for precise measurement of extrusion line throughput and material consumption. Its modular, scalable design and removable stainless steel hopper make it easy and quick to clean or switch materials with minimal downtime—saving both time and money.

Designed for extrusion manufacturers focused on process control and efficiency, the MC Weight system features a modular design and stainless steel hopper, ensuring reliable operation with free-flowing powders such as PVC dry blends, masterbatches, and regrinds up to 180°C. Furthermore, it enables the user to monitor and control multiple co-extruders through a single interface for maximum operational simplicity and control.
