Used, well-maintained transfer machine / rotary indexing table machine / dial-type machine MIKRON MULTISTAR CX 24

The following modifications have been carried out on the system:

Machine:
• All motor cables replaced.
• All sensor cables replaced.
• PLC program adapted to toggle collets on and off.
• Converted to Knoll coolant system.
• Electrical schematic manually updated.
• Frequency inverter replaced.
• Part selector was fitted to the machine including an oil pump for oil recirculation.

Saw:
• Saw control upgraded to Mitsubishi i-QR system.
• All electronics of the saw renewed.
• Saw has been fully mechanically overhauled.

Accessories:
• 1 x Loading station (brass D= 3.9mm)
• 1 x Unloading station
• 1 x Part selector (8-way, see photo)
• 1 x Lateral drilling unit
• 1 x Rotary straightening unit (completely re-bushed in October 2023)
• 1 x Feed / saw unit (control and inverter overhauled in 2021)
• 1 x Pneumatic handling (via feeder tube)
• 1 x Chip conveyor with dirty water pump (without chip cart)
• 1 x KNOLL coolant system (2,000 liters) with drum screen filter, flushing pump and vacuum pump, incl. low-pressure pump (5 bar) and high-pressure pump (60 bar)

The machine was operated with cutting oil.
