The machine is primarily designed for recycling scrap cables (for separating copper or aluminum particles from plastic particles). However, thanks to its unique design, it is also suitable for separating different types of particles (e.g. electronic waste, automotive and industrial radiator recycling, battery recycling, catalyst recycling, or the separation of any two particles with different specific weight).

A new version with double decks enables high material throughput and extremely high purity of recovered fractions (copper), virtually eliminating copper loss. The machine is equally efficient at separating granulate obtained by shredding solid cables as it is for granulate made from so-called hair wires.

In contrast to dry separators, the plastic contains no copper particles. Several companies have used this machine solely for screening plastic reclaimed from cable recycling with a dry separator, thereby extracting additional copper from the plastic (up to 10%).

There are three standard sizes available, capable of recycling 350–1000 kg of material per hour. Higher capacities are available on request (the machine code reflects the table size).

The machine is extremely quiet and does not require additional floor (foundation) anchoring. It can be easily integrated into your existing recycling plant. Alternatively, we can offer a cable granulator and a conveyor belt for feeding material from the granulator to the separator and from the separator onward.
