Plate cooling is a cooling system that uses eutectic plates to maintain the appropriate temperature level. The passive plates are connected to the power supply (380V) overnight. The freezing point of the eutectic solution is -33°C. The eutectic plates serve to maintain the temperature of products that are already frozen.
