Functional description:
For cleaning, the soiled container at the rear of the vehicle is swung into the cleaning chamber. The stainless steel high-pressure cleaning heads are inserted into the container and supplied with pressurized water. The container cleaning is carried out fully automatically by two robotic arms with wash nozzles rotating on two axes, ensuring even distribution of the water jets over the container's internal surfaces. Impulse control is provided by end-position switches on the lifter. The rinsing duration can be variably adjusted depending on the degree of contamination. Wastewater is pumped from the solids chamber to the wastewater tanks. Residual waste is emptied via a pneumatically operated flap at the bottom of the solids chamber. Cleaning of the wastewater tank and collection box is automatically performed using flat jet nozzles.
