Subframe: Solid steel welded construction with two longitudinal and cross members to accommodate the 5 mm thick tipper sides and 4 mm floor plate made of Hardox or Naxtra. Rear and side walls made of hollow aluminium profiles, side walls fold-down and swinging with lifting aid. Tailgate also foldable, swinging with central locking. Tipper floor neatly welded with crossbars. Tipping boom and pressing traverse recessed in the longitudinal beams. Four lashing rings per side, mounted externally in the floor.
Auxiliary frame: Auxiliary frame to accommodate front and rear tipping booms, with pressing traverse and cross members. In the crane mounting area, closed as box profile with side crane mounting plates. Plastic fenders on the vehicle are retained and modified as necessary.
Hydraulics: Installation of pneumatic control valve in the cab for tipper/crane/trailer and the entire hydraulic system including all piping work, for the three-way tipping body, trailer tipping hydraulics, and loader crane. Delivery and installation of the matching axial piston pump as a constant pump.
