Plate cooling is a refrigeration system that uses eutectic plates to maintain a suitable temperature level. The passive plates are connected to the power supply (380V) overnight. The solidification point of the eutectic solution is -33 °C. The eutectic plates are used to maintain the temperature of already frozen products.
