The item for sale is a laminate production line utilizing the cast film lamination method, where film is cast directly onto the substrate. Lamination is performed using two extruders, each fitted with adjustable slotted dies, allowing for laminate widths from 1 meter up to 1.6 meters. The machine is capable of producing film thicknesses ranging from 60 to 200 microns. This setup is ideal for joining various substrates and manufacturing technical laminates according to individual requirements. The line is also equipped with a material accumulator and a sealing unit, enabling continuous feeding of material without line stoppage. Please note that components marked in red in the photos are not included in the offer. Additionally, the machine can produce technical bubble wrap. Commissioning at the buyer’s location can be arranged for an additional charge if required. The line is fully operational and recommended for a variety of laminate applications.
