Semi-automatic sawing cycle with workpiece clamping – sawing – frame raise to set height after cutting completed

MEBA High-Performance Package:
Stepless hydraulic monitoring of cutting pressure and feed at the rear of the saw band. This provides optimal settings for each sawing task, i.e. constant pressure for solid material and constant feed for thin-walled profiles.

Unique double-mitre band saw, where both-sided mitres can be set simply and efficiently by swiveling the saw frame and the material support.
Automatic movement of the clamping jaws and digital mitre adjustment. The material clamp automatically moves in the feed direction according to the desired mitre, which ensures the material is always clamped square and close to the saw blade.
The mitre pivot point is the intersection of the saw band and the fixed vice jaw, so the length is unchanged when the angle changes.
Hydraulic full-stroke workpiece clamping. Quick material clamping. The material is clamped parallel at 90° at every angle position of the saw frame.
