Semi-automatic cutting cycle with clamping – sawing – lifting the frame to set height after completion of the cut

MEBA high-performance package:
Stepless hydraulic cutting pressure and feed monitoring on the rear of the saw blade. This ensures optimal conditions for any sawing task, i.e. constant pressure on solid material and constant feed for thin-walled profiles.

Unique double-miter band saw, enabling both-sided miters to be set easily and economically by swiveling the saw frame and material support.
Automatic positioning of the vices and digital miter setting. The material vise automatically moves with the desired miter, ensuring the material is always clamped at right angles close to the saw blade.

The miter pivot point is the intersection of the saw blade and the fixed vice jaw, ensuring no change in length measurement with changing angle settings.
Hydraulic full-stroke workpiece clamping. Quick-action material clamping. For every angle position of the saw frame, the material is clamped parallel at 90°.
