The MM bulk dispensing units are specifically optimized for the use of structural MMA adhesives from EBS, LLC, offering a robust, durable, and maintenance-friendly design that ensures long-term, trouble-free, and consistent adhesive application.
The machine can be adapted for dispensing all types of 2-component adhesives such as polyurethanes, epoxy resins, methyl methacrylates, and others after corresponding modifications.

BASIC FUNCTIONAL OVERVIEW:

A pneumatically driven motor, powered by compressed air, drives the adhesive and activator gear pumps (= metering pumps) via a chain drive system.
These metering pumps are continuously supplied by adhesive and activator delivery pumps, which are also powered by compressed air.
This way, components A and B are kept separate but pumped in a preset ratio through a set of hoses to a dispensing gun, where the two components are combined at the gun outlet by a static mixer nozzle.
Thus, the entire metering system requires little to no cleaning. The flow rate, which controls the dispensing speed, is adjustable via the speed of the pneumatic drive motor.
