Application
This foulard-dryer combination has proven itself excellently in practical use. This type of unit is used for various treatment processes with hot air, such as drying, fixing, condensing, thermosoling, etc. It is used wherever a certain sample size is required, for example, for producing sample collections or similar purposes.

Dryer THN
To ensure all of the above-mentioned application possibilities and if the use of pin frames is also required in individual dryer operation, the THN model is recommended. The standard pin frames are suitable for a maximum sample size of 50 x 50 cm (larger frames available upon request).

If all of the aforementioned applications are to be covered, and pin frame usage is also required in stand-alone dryer operation, the THN type is preferred. The standard pin frames are suitable for sample sizes up to a maximum of 50 x 50 cm (larger pin frames available upon request). Options include length-adjustable frames for woven fabrics, length and width adjustable material holders for knitwear, non-wovens, etc., as well as clamping frames for films and paper.


Drying Chamber
The drying chamber with electrical control box and operator panel are mounted on a base frame and bolted together as one unit.

Excellent heat insulation is ensured by a double-wall construction with intermediate insulation.

The nozzle field, with a length of 1300 mm, is divided into upper and lower sections. Using an adjustment flap, the air flow can be evenly distributed between top and bottom, or more air can be directed from above or below as needed.

Fan and Heating
A powerful fan (capacity approx. 900–3500 m³/h) ensures intensive air circulation, combined with well-calibrated heating output for optimal evaporation performance.

A dual safety monitoring system reduces maintenance needs and increases operational safety.

The heating capacity is designed for rapid heat-up and is automatically reduced once the desired temperature is reached, to avoid unnecessary power surges.

Temperature control is managed by an electronic measurement and control unit, adjustable from 20–250°C.

Fresh air is introduced directly to the recirculation fan by a separate fan. The desired amount can be set via a multi-stage switch.
