This conveyor-equipped machine is ideal for trimming the edges of small carpet samples.

K-50 Diagram

The key component of the KS 50 edge beveling machine is our SE 50 cutting unit. The machine is designed with an adjustable cutting angle from 0° to 60°. Cutting depth is adjustable from 2 mm to 22 mm. The guide plate for carpet samples can be easily and steplessly adjusted between 20 mm and 210 mm. Quick and straightforward adjustments can be made by releasing the locking lever. The conveyor belt is driven by a three-phase motor.

The speed of the cutting motor and the conveyor belt is steplessly adjustable by frequency inverters. Larger carpet pieces are guided manually during processing. Cutting width: 50 mm.
