Automatic Basket Washer HYDRO WASH 1200 2-in-1 is a multifunctional device designed for fully automatic washing of parts in a motor-driven rotating basket or, for more complex-shaped components, high-pressure washing at 140 bar. This combination of processes ensures that the device is suitable for use in any workshop. It is ideal for companies specializing in the regeneration of turbochargers, steering gears, or gearboxes, significantly improving workflow efficiency. To guarantee user safety and maintain optimal washing parameters, the washer is equipped with an electronic control panel and a set of cooperating sensors.

Operating principle:
Before first use, fill the tank with washing liquid. The recommended cleaning solution is a mixture of MRS Cleaner Strong concentrate and water in the appropriate ratio. The Hydro Wash washer enables both manual and automatic washing.

a) For automatic washing, prepare the unit (fill with water and concentrate), close the glovebox cover, close the lid by pressing and holding the two buttons (front and rear of the unit simultaneously), then press the start button.

*Basket rotation is possible with the lid open. This is done by pressing the right button on the foot pedal or simultaneously pressing both buttons (front and rear of the unit), providing the glovebox cover is closed.

b) For manual washing, close the lid by pressing and holding both buttons (front and rear simultaneously). Open the glovebox cover and press the left button on the foot pedal.
