Maruzen Palenrammer KH800

The KH800 post driver from Maruzen is a powerful hydraulic post driver designed for heavy-duty applications such as the installation of large wooden posts, steel pipes, and other fencing or foundation-related purposes. This post driver can be hydraulically powered by either petrol or diesel engines, such as those found in excavators or loaders.

The KH800 comes equipped with a standard adapter for 150-mm round posts. Optional adapters are available for guardrails and steel H-profiles to further increase versatility. The post driver operates using hydraulic force and features a recommended oil specification of ISO VG32 or ISO VG46. The maximum hose diameter depends on oil flow rate, with 3/8" and 1/2" hoses used for 20–25 l/min and 25–35 l/min respectively.

This post driver is used worldwide for a wide array of applications including road maintenance, water and power supply installations, as well as railway maintenance, highlighting its versatility and robustness.

We offer the KH800 complete with the KHL800 guide ladder. The guide simplifies working with the KH800 post driver and is height-adjustable using a winch, ensuring all posts are driven to the same depth.
