MACHINE DESCRIPTION
Mixing drum:
- Horizontal cylindrical mixing drum
- End walls bolted to drum

Mixing unit:
- Mixing tools as ploughshares or inclined paddles, bolted to paddle arms in pockets

Bearing:
- Shaft supported in externally mounted flange bearing housings, with roller bearings

Sealing:
- Shaft sealing via easily replaceable gland packings
- Gland packings purged by air

Feeding:
- 2 nozzles with flange, as per dimensional drawing

Ventilation:
- Via 1 nozzle with flange as per dimensional drawing

Discharge:
- Discharge via dead-space-free closing flap, pneumatically actuated

- Via 1 flap at the front of the drum (1700 x 550)
- Flap closed with quick-release fastener
- Work and accident safety by interlock magnet and limit switch (not wired)
