Double-Sided Tube Facing and Beveling Line TFA3/D/12.5

The MAIR TFA3/D/12.5 double beveling line is a high-performance industrial solution designed for the simultaneous facing and beveling of the internal and external ends of steel tubes. The system enables the machining of two tubes at the same time, finishing both ends with high precision and repeatability.

Developed for demanding production environments, this line is suitable for hot-rolled or cold-rolled carbon steel tubes, pickled or zinc-aluminum coated. Thanks to its CNC-controlled beveling units, automated tube conveying and positioning system, and integrated chip removal and blow-cleaning systems, the MAIR TFA3/D/12.5 ensures high productivity levels, consistent surface quality, and a significant reduction in manual intervention.

Scope of Supply

The MAIR TFA3/D/12.5 double beveling line is supplied complete and includes the following main equipment:

· Accumulation table for individual tube extraction by chain conveyors

· Walking beam system for synchronized transport of two tubes

· Two CNC beveling machines, each equipped with:
- High-strength welded steel frame
- Double beveling unit with servo-driven linear movement
- Tube clamping systems with interchangeable jaws
- Toolholder discs for facing and for internal and external beveling
- Hydraulic toolholder clamping system (Morse taper)
- Centralized lubrication system
- Toolholder presetting bench
- Control panel

· Chip conveyors located beneath the machines

· Motorized rollers and adjustable tube clamping stations

· Blow-cleaning station for internal tube cleaning, length-adjustable
