The UPG 600-2 glass suction lifter is the specialist for lifting and moving glass elements up to 600 kg. Thanks to its modular design, the UPG 600-2 can be optimally adapted to on-site requirements. Its extension arms allow for the handling of even large-format elements. The support arms can, of course, be removed. The attached suction pads (diameter 300 mm) ensure strong adhesion and reliable performance on the construction site. It is important that the surfaces are always smooth, flat, and non-porous when suctioning. The UPG600-2 performs the suction process automatically at the push of a button. In addition, after suctioning, the UPG 600-2 vacuum battery independently and continuously monitors the vacuum pressure. In the event of vacuum loss, the UPG 600-2 reactivates the pump and also provides an acoustic warning signal in case of impending vacuum pressure loss. With its independent power supply, the UPG 600-2 is the ideal installation companion. The replaceable 12V battery can be recharged and the charge level can be easily checked on the LED display. Furthermore, the regulated vacuum pump ensures continuous operational readiness for up to 8 hours. The vacuum lifter can be individually adapted to the specific installation situation. The vacuum unit can be manually rotated 360° and tilted 90°. The suction frame can be locked at every 40° when rotating.
