Opis

The fully automatic aluminium circular saw UK 350 A 90° CNC + drilling unit (cutting angle 90°) has been specifically developed for cutting profile and solid materials made of aluminium castings, copper, and hard plastics. An automatic material feed as well as automatic cutting motion make it ideal for fast and precise series production! Material feed is up to 700 mm per stroke. Multiple strokes for longer sections can be conveniently programmed from the control panel. The main vice clamps the material using two horizontal and two vertical clamping cylinders; the feed vice uses one horizontal and one vertical clamping cylinder. Cutting and feed speeds are adjustable according to the material being processed via the large, clearly laid out control panel. The machine features a mechanical stroke height adjustment, with a maximum cutting height of 100 mm. A large protective hood covers the entire working area and is pneumatically lifted at the push of a button. The standard configuration for the UK 350 A 90° CNC + drilling unit includes an air blow gun for cleaning the machine. Connections for chip extraction systems are provided. This machine is equipped with the TR 14 vertical drilling unit (drilling capacity up to ø 14 mm, thread M12), which is integrated into the cycle control of the aluminium circular saw.
