UK 350 A 90° CNC + TR14 Servo + Y-Achse

The fully automatic aluminium circular saw UK 350 A 90° CNC + drilling unit (cutting angle 90°) has been specially developed for cutting profiles and solid materials made from aluminium castings, copper, and hard plastics. Automatic feed and automatic cutting movement make the machine ideal for fast and precise series production! The material feed is up to 700 mm per stroke. Multiple strokes, and therefore longer cut lengths, can easily be set using the operator panel. The main clamping vice secures the material using two horizontal and two vertical clamping cylinders, while the material feed is clamped using one horizontal and one vertical clamping cylinder. Cutting and feed speeds can be adjusted to suit the material via the large and clearly laid-out operator panel! The machine comes equipped with a mechanical lift height adjustment; the maximum cutting height is 100 mm. A large protective hood covers the entire working area and can be raised pneumatically at the touch of a button! An air blow gun for cleaning the machine is supplied as standard with the UK 350 A 90° CNC + drilling unit! Connections for a chip extraction system are provided. This machine is equipped with the vertical drilling unit TR 14 (drilling capacity up to ø 14 mm, thread M12), which is integrated into the cycle control of the aluminium circular saw.
