The Rösler S1 from the S-Line is a compact, versatile unit for demanding surface finishing applications. Originally developed for post-processing of powder-bed-based 3D printing techniques, it automatically cleans, smooths, and homogenizes components – quickly, consistently, and economically. At the same time, depending on the component and blasting media used, the S1 is also ideal for conventional blasting applications such as cleaning, descaling, deburring, or providing a decorative surface finish.

A particular highlight is the integrated media preparation system:
A cyclone separator and vibrating mesh sieve reliably remove debris, dust, and worn blast media, ensuring that only clean, efficient blasting media remains in circulation. This results in consistent blasting performance and protects sensitive components.

The integrated PLC control allows all relevant process parameters – such as blasting duration, pressure, or drum speed – to be stored in programs. These programs can be recalled and adjusted at any time, enabling reproducible blasting processes, rapid product changeovers with minimal setup, and simple, safe operation even with frequently changing components.

Fast media changeover in combination with the cyclone and vibrating sieve makes the S1 a true all-rounder: The system can be adapted in no time to various materials, component geometries, and blasting tasks – from additively manufactured plastic and metal parts to conventional production items.
