The semi-automatic circular saw UK-600-A is an upcut machine mainly used for cutting profiles made of aluminum castings, copper, and hard plastics (also suitable for solid material to a limited extent). The machine is characterized by easy handling, quick and convenient material change, and simple miter angle adjustment. The UK-600 A offers a continuously adjustable miter range to the left and right up to 20° (swivel area twice 70°). The saw feed operates automatically at the push of a button, and the material is clamped with two pneumatically actuated vertical and horizontal clamping cylinders per side. As standard, the machine comes equipped with a minimum quantity lubrication system and an air spray gun for cleaning the machine. Connections for a chip extraction system are already provided. Optionally, the machine can be equipped with a digital miter angle display, a marking laser, and a pneumatic system for lifting the safety hood.

Our NC pusher system ensures your workpieces are precisely positioned at 90° on our UK 600 HA for processing. A gripper clamps the material, and the NC control automatically positions it. The clamping and sawing process is then triggered. The positions are programmed in the system in advance. Once the machine has completed the cut, it automatically moves to the next cutting position. Depending on the workpiece, multiple parts can be clamped and positioned simultaneously (stacked or side by side).
