Fully Automated ARTIS-A Roller Conveyor System – Complete Filling and Mixing Line

Boost your production efficiency with a robust conveyor system designed for the handling of plastic containers from filling to dispatch.
This modular assembly consists of four interconnected powered conveyors ensuring a smooth material flow. The system excels in intelligent product singulation, sequencing items from a three-lane buffer to a single lane using a cross conveyor, and features integrated stations for automated pigment dosing and content mixing. The equipment is fitted with premium components (Siemens, Yaskawa, IMI), ensuring long service life and high reliability in industrial operations.

Technical specifications:

Condition: Used, fully operational, operated in both "Manual" and "Auto" modes. Regularly maintained (chain lubrication, optical sensor cleaning). Currently dismantled into individual sections.

Total line length: Modular system consisting of several sections:
* Main Conveyor I: approx. 3.65 m
* Cross and Pigment Section: approx. 1.1 m and 2.2 m
* Dispatch and Mixing Section: approx. 3.8 m

Track width: Usable width for three-lane configuration (~1400 mm), followed by single-lane sections (roller lengths 300 mm and 500 mm).

Rollers: High-quality execution by DRAŠAR, 50 mm diameter, tube material options steel/PVC/aluminium, equipped with ZZ bearings and simring seals for dusty environments.

Drive and motor: Siemens motors (1LA series) with ELPRIM gearboxes.

Control: Stepless speed regulation via Yaskawa J1000 frequency inverters installed in the central control cabinet.

Pneumatic system: Fully equipped with IMI International components (lift actuators, valves).

Accessories included:
* Central electrical control cabinet with operator panel and emergency stop.
* Pigment dosing station (24 canisters, each 3 liters).
* Pneumatic mixing device with automatic drip tray.
* Complete set of optical sensors for fully automated line operation.
