The SUNCOMBE SteriWasher is an innovative, robust, high-performance, and fully validatable parts washer designed for use in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food, beverage, healthcare, and other critical sectors. The wash chamber is accessible via a heavy-duty hinged door and is manufactured from 316 stainless steel with a hygienic design.
By utilizing a combination of specially developed variable-power spray technologies, the washer delivers high-energy cleaning along with energy-efficient rinsing, selectable via simple recipe selection.

Description
The SteriWasher™ parts washers incorporate both proven and new technologies to provide an environmentally friendly washing solution with low water and energy consumption for production and research environments, cleaning a wide range of equipment—from critical small parts and tools to large mixers, drums, and containers.
Available in chamber sizes ranging from 0.6 m x 0.6 m x 0.6 m up to the largest 1.5 m x 1.5 m x 1.5 m. Custom variants in any chamber dimension can be supplied to meet your requirements.
The washers feature crevice-free constructions and are equipped with an air-tight, leak-proof inflatable door seal for the entire unit and wash chamber. Standard or tailor-made racks with individually validated cleaning positions are available, removable and loadable onto mobile trolleys for easy loading and unloading. Single-door and dual-door pass-through versions are available. Washers are built in single-door, straight-through double-door, or 90-degree double-door configurations, using 316 stainless steel and meeting cGMP, EHEDG, ASME BPE, and GAMP standards for use in wash areas or cleanrooms.
