I have a new vibrating screen for sale with a diameter of 800mm. The screen features two decks for material classification. The mesh size can be adjusted as required. Changing the mesh size is quick and easy using screws. The installed motor is 0.7 kW, 1460 rpm, and provides a combined vibratory and circular oscillating motion.

The screen is made of SUS304 stainless steel. Both the frame and the welds are of robust quality. The last photo shows how the vibration motor operates and how the material is distributed across the mesh.

The screen is suitable for both dry and wet material sieving. Delivery to the customer is possible. It is also possible to add a third screening deck. I provide access to all spare parts after purchase, such as seals or clamps. I also have empty frames available for fitting additional meshes. The screener can operate in both dry and wet conditions.
