OEM – Marking Laser (Laser Safety Class 4)

The beam source is a 20 watt fiber laser with a wavelength of 1064 nm. The marking area is 120 mm x 120 mm; optionally, sizes up to 300 x 300 mm are available. No external cooling is required. Power supply: 230 VAC / 50 Hz.

Typical applications include laser engraving and material removal. The Weldmark 3 control software is installed on the supplied PC, with Windows 10 Professional as the operating system. The laser head can be adjusted manually. Optionally, software-controlled linear axes and a rotary axis can also be integrated. The control software language is selectable (German, English, French).

The laser system is prepared for integration into a higher-level production line, but can also be used as a stand-alone unit. Interfaces for interlock, emergency stop, external laser control, etc., are available for integration. We are happy to provide customer support according to your requirements by arrangement.
