Snap lock stroj SLP-1 auto omogoča izdelavo click-seam panelov z montažnimi odprtinami in prebijanjem stranskih delov panelov; omogoča tudi upogibanje roba panela in kasnejše spajanje z ostalimi strešnimi elementi. Naš stroj je opremljen z avtomatiziranim sistemom za popolnoma avtomatsko delovanje. Postopek poteka takole: operater vstavi konec pločevinastega traku v vlečne valje stroja, ki ga premaknejo v valjčni del opreme. Na začetku valjčnega procesa dva pnevmatska prebijalna stiskalnika z vsake strani stroja izvršita stranske reze na panelih. Po prebijanju se proces nadaljuje skozi naslednje valje, ki postopoma oblikujejo profil strešnega panela in s posebnimi orodnimi valji izsekajo montažne odprtine. Po valjanju posebne avtomatske škarje na koncu stroja odrežejo panel na želeno dolžino. Ker stroj izreže stranske dele panela na začetku proizvodnega procesa, na koncu procesu reže le ravni del panela. To izboljša kakovost panela in preprečuje deformacije, kot se dogajajo pri izsekovanju profila, kjer je potrebno rezati ne le ravni, temveč tudi zaklepni del panela.
