Musterfirma DLP 1700 HV

Stanje: novo, Pressure: 8.5 kN Stroke: 40 mm Throat depth: 95 mm Working height from/to: 95 - 240 mm Table surface: 160 x 110 mm Spindle diameter: 25 mm Machine weight: approx. 27 kg Dimensions (L x W x H): 160 x 230 mm Direct-acting pneumatic presses deliver the full pressing force throughout the entire stroke length. They are used primarily when long-stroke parts need to be processed with consistent force. Outstanding Engineering: • Long and precise spindle guidance for maximum dimensional accuracy • Hardened and ground piston rod for virtually unlimited service life • Double-acting cylinder with end position cushioning on both sides • Double guide rings on the piston for constant, smooth operation • Oil-resistant sealing elements Special features of the PND series: • Spindle secured against rotation • Spindle return on PND 85/S via only one cylinder chamber – saves additional air • Working height fine adjustment is easy, fast and precise in 2 steps: – Basic adjustment by simply loosening the clamping screws on the stand – Precision fine adjustment via the stroke limitation ring on the piston rod Kjdefv Awaopfx Afdonc Additional advantage: Faster cycle times and air savings
