The LVD Strippit Global 30 punch press is equipped with 4 programmable index stations (D size). Each station can be fitted with a multitool head with automatic rotation. By utilizing servo drive and CNC control, both the index stations and the entire turret allow for bidirectional rotation with an accuracy of 0.01 degree. The Auto Index stations in the LVD Strippit Global 30 feature direct drives located directly above each station, forming part of the turret mechanism. In the 88.9 mm diameter rotating stations, multitool tool holders can be installed, increasing the machine’s capabilities and tool capacity. Multitool holders allow the installation of either 3 or 8 punches and dies with a diameter of 12.7 mm or 31.7 mm.
