Applications
The air purifiers in the Double Centrifuge Aspirofilter series (Models AS.3.DC - AS.4.DC - AS.7) are particularly suitable for vapors and mist from straight and emulsified cooling oils.

Features
Double centrifuges are designed for standard machining processes with coolants.
Standard filtration efficiency between 90–95%.
With the HEPA filter, a final filtration efficiency of 99.95% can be achieved.

Operating principle
Thanks to the particle acceleration generated by the turbine or centrifuge, oil contaminants are extracted and re-condensed.
Due to the centrifugal effect, the extracted mist immediately condenses and returns to the liquid state.
The recovered oil is fed back to the machine tool through the drainage pipe.
