Main Drive: 2 x 5.5 kW drive power per spindle, infinitely variable via frequency-controlled three-phase motor, constant power across the entire speed range.

Feed: Infinitely variable three-phase servo drive via ball screw and backlash-free preloaded nut.

Feed Range: 0 – 300 mm/min (extended feed range up to max. 6000 mm/min on request)

Rapid Traverse: 6000 mm/min forward and reverse

Coolant Supply: Internal coolant supply through the drilling spindle via tungsten carbide mechanical rotary seal.

Spindle Slide: Rigid design with special spindle blocks; spindle bearings are equipped with lifetime lubrication and are maintenance-free.

Guidance System: Machine bed with bolted-on, hardened, and ground linear guides. The spindle slide moves via recirculating rolling elements for vibration-free, stick-slip-free feed.

Drill Bushing Holder: Rigidly connected to the base with removable upper section for quick and easy changing of drill bushings or coolant supply devices.

Machine Base: Strongly dimensioned welded construction, stress-relieved annealed.

Worktable: Special cast design, permanently mounted on the base with T-slots; the center slot is aligned with the drilling axis and serves as a guide slot for clamping elements.

Operation Sequence: Single functions for machine setup via pushbutton control.

Semi-automatic operation for manual loading via program start.

Machine Monitoring: Display of spindle speed, feed, drilling depth, and coolant pressure.

Safety Devices: The working area is protected by a sliding door electrically interlocked with the control system, preventing unintentional/unauthorized opening during machining.

Electrical Equipment: All electric motors comply with IEC standards. Separate control cabinet with all necessary safety and control devices for machine operation. Operator console ergonomically positioned within the work area.

The machine is available for inspection and testing at any time upon request.
