Liqui Filter Chip Processing System

Chip processing system for the recovery of coolants, oils, and the drying of chips

Steel chips are shredded and centrifuged. The separated coolant is processed and returned to the system. The dried chips are collected in an on-site chip trolley. Settled sludge is collected in a container and discharged into a customer-provided sludge tank.

Advantages of the continuously operating horizontal centrifuges

- Low operating and maintenance costs
The centrifuge is suitable for integration into a continuously operating chip processing system and subsequently works without manual operation. Maintenance costs—which are comparatively high for other centrifuges—are lower for this horizontal centrifuge since all parts are easily accessible. During servicing, the centrifuge does not need to be lifted or moved. All grid plates and wearing parts are positioned at an ideal working height.
