Leica EM TXP

The EM TXP is a unique device designed for the precise preparation of a wide range of materials and material composites with locally minimal defects. It is specifically intended for sawing, milling, grinding, and polishing demanding, small, and unwieldy specimens, where the work process is monitored using a stereomicroscope and the final examination under a scanning electron microscope or light microscope can be carried out without interrupting the individual process steps.
